About Dr. Masakowski:
Dr. Yvonne R. Masakowski has a distinguished career supporting the US Navy spanning 27 years. Prior to her retirement, She served as a Professor at The US Naval War College in the College of Leadership and Ethics. Following her retirement, she was appointed as a Research Fellow at the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) to mentor students on their research dissertations
on Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies. She has a distinguished career in Human Factors and Human Systems Design spanning over twenty years. Dr. Masakowski was the Lead for the Human Performance & Technology Group- Advanced Concepts Division at NUWC. Awarded the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award by Marquis Who’s Who (14 August 2018) Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. She serves as an Academic Mentor and Advisor on Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Systems, et al. in the NWC Ethics and Emerging Military Technology graduate certificate program.
