Due to COVID-19, this year’s Newport Summer Symposium will be held virtually on Friday, August 21st from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern time (10:00 a.m. Central, 9:00 a.m. Mountain, 8:00 a.m. Pacific). The event theme is “U.S. Strategic Considerations for an Effective Foreign Policy.”

Part One of the two-part event features a keynote address from Admiral Michael S. Rogers, former Director, National Security Agency and Commander, U.S. Cyber Command.

Part Two of the event features a discussion between:

Dr. Yvonne Chiu, U.S. Naval War College Associate Professor, Strategy & Policy Department, and Mr. Michael Zezas, Morgan Stanley, Head of U.S. Public Policy and Municipal Credit Strategy.

There will be question and answer opportunities so that you may participate in each, as well as a brief break between Parts One and Two.
