The Honorable Carlos Del Toro, the 78th Secretary of the Navy, announced the publication of the 2023 Naval Education Strategy during remarks at the U.S. Naval War College’s Change of Command Ceremony for RADM Shoshana S. Chatfield, USN, and RADM Peter A. Garvin, USN. The strategy includes three lines of effort, to implement a continuum of learning for the entire force, to integrate education into talent management frameworks for more precise and agile talent management, and to strengthen the NUS.
