More about James Kraska:

James Kraska is Chairman and Charles H. Stockton Professor of International Maritime Law in the Stockton Center for International Law at the U.S. Naval War College, where he is a tenured full professor. He also serves as Visiting Professor of Law and John Harvey Gregory Lecturer on World Organization at Harvard Law School, where he teaches International Law of the Sea. Previously, he was a visiting professor at the University of the Philippines College of Law and Gujarat National Law University and a visiting scholar at Duke University and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. He is a permanent member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
