Planned Giving Matters: Tax Considerations in a New Administration

The NWCF will host its inaugural Planned Giving informational session on Tuesday, December 8 at 2:00 pm EST. The event will feature a keynote presentation by attorney Eric Archer and a planned giving testimonial by NWCF Trustee, Phil Dunmire. Mr. Archer will discuss potential tax considerations in a new administration, and how these may impact your estate planning. To register: Planned Giving Matters

More about Mr. Archer:

Eric Archer is an attorney with 35 years of estate planning and planned giving experience. He has served as the Director of Development for Roger Williams University, from 2004 – 2006, and for the Naval War College Foundation, Inc. from 2006-2008. He continues to advise NWCF, as well as Salve Regina University and other local Rhode Island charities on tax and planned giving matters. Eric is a graduate of Colgate University and University of Connecticut School of Law, and now practices with his wife, Deborah Foppert at the firm of Archer & Foppert, LLP in Jamestown, Rhode Island.
