Dr. Walter Berbrick, RADM Lars Saunes, Commander Rachael Gosnell, Dr. Will Greaves, and Commander Johannes Riber launch the 2020 Newport Arctic Scholars Initiative Report, a summary of findings and recommendations on frameworks nations and navies should consider leveraging or creating to prevent conflict and strengthen security cooperation in the Arctic region. Watch >
