On August 21, 2020, the Naval War College Foundation hosted its fifth annual Newport Summer Symposium; the theme was “U.S. Strategic Considerations for an Effective Foreign Policy.” Featured speaker, Admiral Michael Rogers, USN (Ret.), spoke during the morning session and highlighted ten insights that he has learned with regards to U.S. foreign policy.
