About the Event

The Naval War College Foundation’s Fall Clay Shoot brings together supporters of the U.S. Naval War College for a day of friendly competition, camaraderie, and purpose.

Designed for shooters of all experience levels, the event features a professionally run sporting clays course, great food, and opportunities to connect with fellow supporters who share a commitment to leadership, service, and national security education. Individual tickets can be purchased, or sponsorship packages are available.

All proceeds directly support the mission and programs of the Naval War College Foundation.

Do I need prior shooting experience?

No. Shooters of all experience levels are welcome.

What should I bring?

You don’t need to bring anything besides weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. You can bring your own firearm, but firearms are available for those who need them. Ammunition, eye and ear protection will be provided.

What happens if it rains?

The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe.

Can I sponsor without attending?

Yes. Sponsorships are available with or without shooter participation.

Are proceeds tax-deductible?

Yes. The Naval War College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
