Zimbelmann Endowed Chair for Leadership, Ethics and Character ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, June 10, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting and ceremony will be held in Spruance Auditorium at the U.S. Naval War College (USNWC) in Newport, RI.
