The Naval War College Foundation is pleased to share our 2023 annual report. As Chairman Daniel E. Holland III and President and CEO CAPT George E. Lang, Jr., USN (Ret.), said in their letter, “Because of you, the NWCF is able to provide meaningful support to the USNWC, sustaining this pillar of national security leadership development in an ever-changing threat environment.”

In 2023, membership rose to nearly 5,800, the highest in organizational history, with more than 90% of total support from individuals. The Naval War College Foundation is grateful for the patriotic support of dedicated individuals like you, which makes a tangible difference at the USNWC and helps us advance our mission to educate today and secure tomorrow.
